Celebrating LEAP 2026! Join RIBBA as we celebrate the 2026 graduating cohort of the Leadership Equity Accelerated Pathway (LEAP) program! Over the past five months, our young professionals have strengthened their skills through mentorship, networking, career exploration, and professional development. Now, it’s time to celebrate their growth and hear about the next LEAP they’re ready to take. Family, friends, mentors, and members of the RIBBA community are invited to celebrate this milestone with us.
